Ruby women’s wrap skirt – tester pics.
A wonderful group of creative ladies helped me to test the Ruby women’s wrap skirt pattern. I always love the international flavour of a tester group, and find it so interesting to learn where everyone is from. I enjoy the collaborative feel of working on a project together, and look forward to seeing everyone’s unique version of my design. These very talented makers helped to make the Ruby wrap skirt a great sewing pattern. As you can see, it looks flattering on all sizes.
Anastasia is one of my wonderful regular Daydream testers from California, USA. She made a lace front version with a giant doily style applique which I think is a work of art, and the other using a cute umbrella print! So unique!
Beck from Queensland, Australia, made a statement red and black colour block version and a pretty lace version using a soft peach floral print.
Carmen from Iowa in the US, has tested for me before, and she made this very stylish evening look out of a floral print and teamed it with a gold ribbon waistband. She looks amazing!
Elaine from Colorado in the US tested the Ruby girls skirt for me, so she was excited for the Ruby women’s pattern. She made a colour block and a lace front version using these lovely quilting cottons.
Jennifer from Utah in the US made a lace front and a colour block version out of a gorgeous combination of prints featuring the Eiffel tower! She also made a very patriotic version featuring the US flag!
Laura from the US made this lace front version using a colourful 70’s style floral print teamed with black and green lace. A very groovy look!
Leanne, also from Queensland, Australia made a colour block version with these pretty rayon prints, and a plain front version featuring a colourful print.
Lieve from Belgium, made a geometric colour block version and a floral plain front version. They look great with the boots!
Lisa, who lives in Italy, made a bright and colourful colour block version, and a stylish winter brown lace version.
Lynne from Ohio in the States, made a funky colour block version, using a great combination of prints for a friend, and she made a very chic linen and lace version for herself.
Marie-Claude from Canada, made a plain front version featuring a stylish black and white print, and a lace version featuring black and white lace teamed with and a beautiful floral print.
Maryanna from Florida, made a plain front and a colour block version in these lovely soft pastel prints. They match back to her funky necklaces. Love!
Tina from South Yorkshire in the UK, made a plain front version featuring an elegant navy and white print, and a polished looking linen and lace version.
Thank you again to all my Ruby testers, and I hope you are all enjoying wearing your creations! XOX
This was such a fun testing and I really enjoyed seeing how the other testers personalized their skirts! 🙂 Lisa
