The Bella bralette and cami pattern has been designed with comfort and femininity in mind. The soft cup bralette features lined cups and a full lace back. There are 2 options – a V-neckline for more support and coverage, and a plunge neckline for a more revealing look. The camisole can be added to either bralette option which adds to the versatility of this design. Easy to make and wear, this slip on lace bralette is a lovely addition to your lingerie wardrobe.

The pattern is labelled as advanced beginner / intermediate. It would be useful if you were comfortable sewing stretch materials and using elastics, but there is enough instruction for a beginner in the tutorial. The construction of the bralette features encased bust seams, side seams and an underbust seam cover so it is truly a soft bra to wear. These small touches also make the bra beautiful both inside and out.

Lace / fabrics – this design uses narrow scallop stretch lace, and the cami uses 4 way stretch fabric. The design makes the most of the pretty scalloped lace edges which are featured on the cups and around the under bust edge. The Bella bralette is offered in 25 sizes:
Size 8 – 14 A
Size 8 – 20 B
Size 8 – 20 C
Size 8 – 20 D

In your download you will receive a full size set in Australian sizes 8 – 20 and cup sizes A – D.

A full measurement chart is included to help you determine your cup and size, and tips for combining sizes as well.

Both imperial and metric measurements are used.

There are 2 pdf files included. A 36 page instruction tutorial and a 48 page pattern file.

The tutorial includes detailed instructions with colour illustrations. If you haven’t made a bra before, the instructions will walk you through each and every step. Also featured in the tutorial is an explanation of lace patterns and how to place your patterns on scallop lace. You can choose to view the tutorial on a screen or print it out.

The patterns are computer generated, and are full sized including all pieces, which will print on your home computer on either letter or A4 paper. In the pattern file the cups sizes are grouped together, so you only need to print out your cup size for the bralette – 6 pages for the A cups, and 10 pages for the other cups. The patterns are colour coded by size and feature a layers function, so you only need print out your size.
